Shipping policy

 Standard Policies Within Continental U.S.

  • Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days to fulfill and pack all orders placed online.
  • Fulfillment of orders is subject to availability. If an item you've ordered is not currently in stock, the out of stock item will be refunded in your original form of payment.
  • We have a Standard Shipping Costs of $6. Heavier items such as boots and duffle bags will be calculated at checkout. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally. 

Order Delivery Problems

Package Missing That States Delivered
If tracking shows an order was delivered but you can’t find it, please do the following:
· Verify your order and tracking information.
· Look around the entirety of your home for the package including your mailbox.
· Check the signature on the delivery notification.
· Check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received it.
· Contact the carrier with the tracking number to see if they are able to provide an update.
· Wait 24 hours. In some cases, carrier systems may be off from the actual travel time of the package.
· If you still have not received your package after 24 hours, please contact us.
The customer assumes all responsibility for the lost package if it is not reported within 5 business days of its stated delivery date.
